Shipping Policy

Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for dispatch.

Australian orders - sent via Australia Post Express shipping.

International orders - sent via Australia Post standard shipping.

For usa orders - the tariff is prepaid and included in your shipping charge at checkout. for all other international destinations, orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the price.

Return & Exchange Policy

With each piece being lovingly handmade to order in Byron Bay studio, all sales are final.  We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need any assistance prior to placing your order.

In limited circumstances, some items may be exchanged for another item if we have the requested style in stock, and the previous item is returned in perfect condition, within 2 weeks.

If you have an issue with your item upon delivery, please get in touch with us at  info@babybluejewellery.com.au and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

Your cherished pieces mean the world to us, and we want you to have the best experience possible. Our team puts extra love into checking and sending your items. However, we get it – sometimes things might not be perfect.

If You Receive an Incorrect or Faulty Item:

  • Reach out with a photo and your order number.

  • We'll dive into the details and get back to you promptly.

For Faulty Items:

  • Enjoy a hassle-free replacement or a full refund.

Note:

  • Items showing love from normal wear & tear, accidents, or misuse aren't considered faulty.

  • Please read our care instructions – improper care might compromise the longevity of your jewellery and isn't eligible for return.
