– Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
– Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
– Custom orders or pieces made to specific sizing requests are final sale.
– The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your piece is safely returned to us.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email info@babybluejewellery.com.au with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a seamless replacement or a full refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Items showing signs of normal wear, accidents, or misuse are not considered faulty. We encourage you to review our care instructions, as improper care may affect the longevity of your jewellery and will not be eligible for return.
