My necklace looks different than in the photo, what can I do?As we hand craft each piece, slight variations are to be expected and are what make our designs one-of-a-kind. We want you to be completely happy with your new Baby Blue piece. When working with natural products like Shells, Pearls, Crystals & Gemstones, we do our best to replicate the jewellery displayed in our photos. If you are not completely happy, please make contact with us and we will do our best to accommodate your concerns.

-
Do you offer gift wrapping? All orders will come in a signature Baby Blue gift wrapping & box. However, if you have ordered more than 1 item and require them to be individually boxed, please write this in your order notes or email us at info@babybluejewellery.com.au

How do I care for my Baby Blue Jewellery? If you wish for your pieces to remain bright, the best way is to keep them in a sealed bag when they are not being worn and to not mix them with other metals. To brighten oxidized silver or brass jewelry use a polishing cloth impregnated with a cleaning product. My recommendation is to use MAAS metal polish. Do not use jewellery cleaner on plated items, you can clean these pieces with a damp soft cloth. Our full Care Guide can be found here.

Are your pearls good quality? In the vast ocean of pearl options, we meticulously curate our selection to ensure that each gem meets our stringent standards for excellence. Our dedicated team scours the globe to unearth pearls that not only radiate natural beauty but also reflect exceptional culturing. The presence of small surface irregularities or what may appear as "cracks" is a natural feature of baroque pearls, especially the Fireball. These unique formations occur during the pearl's growth process within the mollusk. They can vary in size and shape and often add to the pearl's individuality and charm. Bumps, abrasions, fine lines & small defects are found on most of the fireball pearls and are unavoidable. Mother Nature nearly always leaves its mark, but please be assured they are strong and won’t break.
